I originally anticipated only using this for long-distance travel when I planned to sleep but have since decided to use it every time I fly. I have often been concerned about airline headrests and what might be waiting on them to transfer to my head, This pillow attaches easily the any headrest and can be used with or without the eye mask. When using the eye mask it prevents my head from falling forward in sleep. It's very comfortable and not lumpy at all. It's very light and rolls up to fits easily into my carryon. An excellent addition to my travel necessities.
