For long haul international flights, this is a must have. It actually holds your head in one place which is exactly what I have been looking for. I've tried other neck pillows, blow up head rest apparatus and always ended up with a stiff neck and not able to sleep.This really makes long distance travel much easier.It's easy to setup and take down. I'm definitely getting another.
