We flew across the pond with this travel pillow. I was nervous because it looks so weird in the picture, BUT it was an absolute life saver on a long flight. I was able to get some decent sleep in economy thanks to this pillow/eye mask/neck support.Don't waste money on other kinds and just get this one.
