I got this for car trips, hoping to be able to modify it for a car head rest. It took a little doing but worked out just fine! My head stays supported and comfortable, it's small and easy to throw in a bag without taking up a ton of space, and my husband has used it too without issue. I'll be glad to take this on my next flight but it has served my purpose for the car.
