This is indeed a very unique product. I had never seen a travel pillow with this design, so I decided to give it a try. The quality of the product itself is outstanding. It is extremely lightweight, easy to pack, soft and comfortable. It does the job very well, stays in place and supports my head. My only comment is that it might not work for budget airlines like spirit, as they do not have the head support on their chairs. Other than that, would definitely recommend!
