Thi si a great travel pillow - ergonomically, it's more effective than the neck pillows which were causing me neck pain as your neck still leans left or right. This pillow is great because it keeps your head and neck straight. I recently used this for an international flight and it was easy to use and allowed me to get restful sleep without any neck pain!
