This solves the problem that other travel pillows don't - while they may provide support to your head, there is nothing really supporting you. It's often unacceptable to recline your seat so you're left trying to stay upright which is ... well, when you're asleep who knows how successful you'll be with that?! The trick is the straps that go round the back of the fold-out headrest wings (which many people aren't aware of).Not only does it help keep you in place, it also provides quite good sight and sound isolation, it's like being in a little cocoon. I like that the chin strap will also help prevent you snoring or drooling on yourself while you're asleep. The eye-mask is quite comfortable to wear and doesn't press against your eyes at all.I would have like the carrying bag to be a little larger to make packing it away less of a challenge, but it's not something you'll need to do often, so not too big of a deal and I may just need more practice.
