I've tried so many travel pillows and this was BY FAR the best, hands down. Used this on a red-eye flight and it worked perfectly. Kept my head in an upright position, blocked out the light, and it was very comfortable. Every other pillow I've tried has caused my head to tilt and made me very hot. I even tried one that was a 2-ft long inflatable supposedly great for side sleepers. (That was the worst one yet!) You just loop this around each side of the headrest, tighten it up, and you're good to go. Just pull the sides toward your ears and velcro the eye mask to those pieces. These are fantastic!
