I don't want to sound like a paid review, but this item will get very popular! I have just come back from a long trip to Europe and cannot find words to fully express my gratitude to the creators of that pillow/neck support! It literally securely ties your head to the headrest, so you won't move your head while falling asleep. Simply adjust the height of the headrest and enjoy! I spent 11 hours each way in total comfort, placing an additional inflatable pillow under my back/lumbar! Coubtless neck pillows never helped me at all, and I always end up with tremendous pain in my back/neck after trips. In addition, the "band" is made of very thick materials, which cover your ears and nasal areas from the ice-cold air during flight. Your eyes will be tightly covered,and you can adjust the tightness. I am sure you will sleep normally. I was even able to watch movies, just placing the eye part over my forehead. What an amazing item!!! Already buying a couple of more for my family members. Totally recomended!
