Let me get the downside of this pillow out the way first, as I know most people are looking for the cons vs pros.It won't work for all airline seats, as some do not have the adjustable head rest, so there is nothing to strap to! Also if you like to use Over the ear noise cancelling headphones like Sony and Bose, it gets in the way, so for me I have to switch over to my Airpods and honestly if you have the 2nd Generation of Airpods, the noise cancelling works just fine.I am 5'11" tall and I took this travel pillow on a recent 13 hr long flight, and let me tell you, this is an absolute game changer for me. I could never find comfort with most neck pillows, and I have spend a few hundred bucks trying to find the best solution, and no neck pillow could support the weight of my big head and I always ended up with neck pain especially on longer flightsAlthough this is advertised as a Travel Pillow, it is actually a strap mechanism that stabilizes and holds your head in place and prevents it from slumping forward when you fall asleep, while the soft memory foam eye cover blocks all light from coming in while keeping you comfortable.The velcro system is very strong and effective, and I was surprised how comfortable I was and how well it supported my large, heavy noggin in place.I highly recommend this head strap system specially on super long flights.
