This travel pillow is a must-have for travelling. It has a padded back and the front part for your eyes has pads as well. When I put it on it over my eyes, it was dark enough that I could easily fall asleep with it on as it didn't let any light in and the padding on the back made it easy to relax. The eye mask is removable and adjustable with a kind of velcro attachment so that you can make it as tight or loose as you need. It has adjustable straps on the back so that you can attach it to the back of your seat head board for more security and to keep if in place. It also comes with a nice carry case so that you can easily put it away before your travel ends. I think if you travel, this is a great addition.
