This is a really cool design for a neck pillow + eye mask combination unit. Basically you attach this to the head rest on most airplane seats and it helps give a more substantial head rest on both sides. Then you can attach the eye mask to that to block out the light. The eye mask itself is one of the biggest ones I've used and will definitely cover up most outside light. If you like the airplane head rests but only wish they were larger, then this is exactly what you need. It helps a lot in sleeping on air flights since it gives your head a lot more support on the side.
