First I wanted to say I'm not a fan of adding things to carseats for safety but recently my 4 year old and I spend a lot of time in the car traveling to doctors appointments. Two specialists are 5-6 hour trips one way. I have one concern with this and was a easy fix - down below. I tried this in both car seats, Nuna Rava and Cybex Sirona S. Rava has a smaller head area and it did not fit - or was very snug with head which I didnt like. The Cybex has a much larger head space and fit nicely. I leave it installed as it's a soft foam pad that is securely attached behind the head support. Once he falls asleep I add the eye mask attaching it loosely to each side as to allow for light movement. The eye piece doesnt fall down when he shifts his head side to side. He stirs less in the seat with this on because he's not being blinded by the person who forgot to dim their brights. The velcro was a bit to "sticky" for my liking (for use with a child) so I covered up half (maybe a bit more than half - front to back so its a thin longer strip) of the velcro to make it easier to detach in case of an accident - I would want it to pop off or for him to easily be able to rip it off in a panic. He's hot natured and this doesn't cause his head to sweat like hats do.
